Highland Women's Health - 909 Culver Rd
Dr. Colby Previte is Director of Highland Women's Health at Culver, an assistant professor in the UR Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a board certified Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Williams College with a bachelor's degree in Biology. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed her Residency at the University of Rochester. She enjoys providing women of all ages with gynecologic care and also performs gynecologic surgery. As a member of the Highland Hospital obstetrics faculty, she cares for patients during their prenatal period and for their inpatient labor and postpartum care. Dr. Previte has been recognized with Commendations for Excellence in Third Year Teaching, Strong Stars (awarded by grateful patients), and Outstanding Contributions to Strong Beginnings.

Dr. Brittany Paivanas is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology here at the University of Rochester and is currently a board eligible general Ob/Gyn. She strives to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for women in all stages of their lives, starting in adolescence and going beyond menopause. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, which focuses on using laparoscopic and robotic assisted methods to perform surgeries such as hysterectomies and providing extensive contraception counseling to women during their reproductive years.
Dr. Sraddha S. Prativadi is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist practicing comprehensive general obstetrics and gynecology; completing her undergraduate education at the University of Rochester School of Arts and Sciences with a BS in Cell and Developmental Biology and a BA in Spanish Language and Culture. She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School Twin Cities and graduated with recognition from the Gold Honor Society for her humanistic approach to care. She completed her residency training at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2009. She was recognized for her laparoscopic surgical skills with the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons’ Resident Achievement Award for her outstanding achievement. She was recognized with the Gilford P. Wilson Award for the consistent compassion and kindness she shows to patients and their families.
Ila G. Hughes, RPA-C is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology care at Highland. After earning her degree at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University, she has been helping patients in the Rochester area for over 30 years.
