I really enjoy working on faculty development—we have an amazing faculty group here in the Department of Medicine, people who take great care of patients, great care of each other, and who love to teach. We want all our faculty to have careers that are professionally satisfying. My goal is to help them get where they want to be, through programs that help them develop as educators, mentoring programs for early career faculty, and by strengthening opportunities for development of community."
Catherine Gracey, M.D., M.S.
