Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

  • 72 chips (each tortilla makes 6 chips)


  • 12 6-inch corn tortillas
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. With a pizza cutter, cut each tortilla into 6 chip-sized wedges.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Combine the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle on the chips.
  5. Bake for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chips are crisp, but not too brown. Best when served warm.
