These crunchy and sweet nuts will be the perfect topping for the grilled peaches and plums!
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss the pecans with the olive oil, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and ginger until evenly coated.
- Line baking pan with parchment paper. Spread prepared pecans evenly on baking pan.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until aromatic and slightly browned. Nuts will continue to cook after they have been removed from the oven.
