Step 1: Online Education (Part A)

Complete this year's online High Reliability course (1.5-2 hrs):

1. Go to MyPath and log in: https://mypath.rochester.edu/ Go to the search box in the top right part of the page.

2. If this is your first High Reliability course, search for “Target Zero Harm: High Reliability Essentials” which was first available in 2019.

If you have already completed “Target Zero Harm” search for “Promoting Psychological Safety through Inclusive Communication and Documentation” by entering the first few words of the title. This new course should be available by September.

3.  Request the course, fully complete the online course including quizzes and remember to complete the evaluation to get credit.
