Flow cytometry

The Multiphoton and Analytical Imaging Center is a critical resource for elucidating biological processes at the whole cell level and for isolating from heterogeneous cell populations phenotypically defined cells that can be used for a myriad of downstream applications. This shared resource supports Wilmot’s basic and clinical researchers by providing cutting-edge resources and the technical expertise to make optimal use of these in both research and clinical trials.

Services include:

  • Cell analysis and sorting services, including cell analysis, cell sorting, mass cytometry, and imaging cytometry
  • High-dimensional analysis using publicly available software and analytical pipelines and serving as a conduit to the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource for researchers needing advanced analytical support
  • Development and optimization of new and novel flow cytometry assays and techniques
