Nutrition Counseling

Individual sessions

Weight loss is personal, but we can help you lose weight and start feeling better, with individual support for your specific needs.

What you can expect:

  • Help identifying your health and nutrition goals to lose weight, manage existing concerns and prevent cardiovascular, metabolic, and other chronic diseases
  • Personal support to address your individual dietary needs and preferences
  • Helpful information on how nutrition and lifestyle impact weight loss, weight maintenance and long-term health
  • Strategies to overcome challenges

Weight Loss

Group program | 24 weeks | 18 one-hour group + 6 individual sessions

Work intensively with one of our experts for the tools and support you need to lose weight now, and keep it off for good.

What you can expect:

  • Proven strategies to help you meet your weight loss goal
  • Suggestions for what and how to eat for improved health
  • Workout ideas to fit your preferences and lifestyle
  • Solutions for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated
  • Six months of support and encouragement, including weekly group sessions and monthly one-on-one sessions for personalized guidance

Diabetes Prevention Program

Group program | 52 weeks | 16 weekly + 8 biweekly + 6 monthly one-hour group + 3 individual sessions

In our intensive year-long Diabetes Prevention Program, nationally recognized by the CDC, receive the tools and support you need to improve your health and reduce your risk of complication from type 2 diabetes.

What you can expect:

  • CDC-recognized curriculum focused on long-term lifestyle changes and lasting results
  • Proven strategies to help you lose weight, improve nutrition and incorporate exercise to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes
  • Practical solutions for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated
  • One full year of support and encouragement, including one-hour group sessions and individual visits with program NP
