Nutrition Counseling

Weight Loss

Group program | 24 weeks | 18 one-hour group + 6 individual sessions

Work intensively with one of our experts for the tools and support you need to lose weight now, and keep it off for good.

What you can expect:

  • Proven strategies to help you meet your weight loss goal
  • Suggestions for what and how to eat for improved health
  • Workout ideas to fit your preferences and lifestyle
  • Solutions for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated
  • Six months of support and encouragement, including weekly group sessions and monthly one-on-one sessions for personalized guidance

Weight Maintenance

Group program | 12 weeks | 12 one-hour group sessions

Gaining a few pounds can be discouraging—especially after a significant weight loss. But, there's good news: If getting back to and maintaining your healthy weight are among your goals, we can help.

What you can expect:

  • Helpful information and tools to help you continue making healthy food choices
  • New strategies to keep workouts exciting and impactful
  • Techniques to manage stressors that can derail your best efforts
  • Three months of continued support and encouragement

Diabetes Prevention Program

Group program | 52 weeks | 40 one-hour group + 6 individual sessions

In our intensive year-long Diabetes Prevention Program, nationally recognized by the CDC, receive the tools and support you need to improve your health and reduce your risk of complication from Type 2 diabetes.

What you can expect:

  • CDC-recognized curriculum focused on long-term lifestyle changes and lasting results
  • Proven strategies to help you lose weight, improve nutrition and incorporate exercise to reduce your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes
  • Practical solutions for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated
  • One full year of support and encouragement, including weekly group sessions and monthly one-on-one sessions for personalized guidance
