Our team of lifestyle experts is here to provide the structure you need to cope with stress in ways that result in more balance, stability and personal satisfaction. Stress Reduction

Group program | 4 weeks | 4 one-hour group sessions

In our four-week Stress Reduction program, our lifestyle counselor will provide necessary tools to help you identify and better understand how to manage your stressors so you can get back to living your life.

What you can expect:

  • Proven strategies to improve your relationships
  • Exercises to help you discover and realize a healthier work-life balance
  • Reflection on your goals to help you better manage your time and priorities

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Group program | 6 or 8 weeks | 6 or 8 two-hour group sessions

In six or eight intensive group sessions, our certified MBSR instructors will help you explore the studied practice of living mindfully and discover how meditation can help you live with more awareness. Program may include a day-long silent retreat.

What you can expect:

  • New approaches to thinking about stressful situations
  • Strategies to live "mindfully,” with less judgment and more moment-to-moment awareness
  • Expert guidance with making time to "be still" through different meditation techniques
