Lose Weight

When it comes to losing weight and improving your health, we know that even small changes can have a lasting impact. Our approach is centered on helping you meet your health goals in ways that make sense for you, and our experts are here to help you make those small, meaningful changes toward better health.

Our first step will be to meet with you and listen. We want to make sure we have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve—whether it be to get back into shape, decrease your risk of disease, reduce your medications, or just feel better overall.

Covering a variety of nutrition, physical activity, and behavior topics, this program will provide you with the tools, support, and encouragement necessary to make and maintain these important lifestyle changes. 

Group programs are offered throughout the year at a variety of locations.
