UR Medicine's Approach
Our doctors are experts in the latest technology and treatments. That's why other hospitals send their toughest Cardiac Care cases to us.
You'll find every kind of heart care specialty here, from high blood pressure, to heart failure, to women's heart health. We provide the experience and technology to treat them all.
Doctors from cardiology and cardiac surgery all work together to provide a completely individualized treatment.
We are the region's only academic medical center, with exceptionally high standards that help ensure the best results for our patients.
Rusty Lawrence was born with a congenital heart defect. Doctors didn't expect him to live past the age of three. By age 43, Rusty was dying of congestive heart failure. His only hope was a heart transplant.
