Research

The Center for Inhalation and Flavoring Toxicology studies the effects of inhaled irritants/toxicants and flavoring agents in respiratory system. We foster research and teaching on inhaled and flavorings toxicology to investigators and students.

The Center Provides

  1. Exposures and toxicity of flavored and non-flavored compounds using various cellular and rodent models
  2. Developing pilot project development and preliminary data
  3. Monitoring flavoring agents in aerosol
  4. Topography of inhaled substances

  • Inexpose e-cig exposure based on realtime profiles
  • Vitrocell (forthcoming)
  • TSI and DSI exposures and monitors
