Arts & Literature

Given the cultural differences and the challenges of life in developing countries, many facets of global experiences are best conveyed in arts and literature. Below are some links to works done by UR personnel and students with a Global and Refugee Health theme.

Department of Art & Art History

Ms. Layton teaches a number of classes at the UR. Recently she had students working on projects to improve health literacy and cross language and cultural communication. One project created a book called: "Healthy Living: A Personal Journal" Below are images from a few pages of the book, or download a pdf of the book.
