Outpatient visits are covered by most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Choice, Preferred Care, Via Health Aetna, and other private health insurance plans. We will complete all necessary forms and bill your insurance company for you. Co-payments are due at your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards.
