Miner Library, an academic health sciences library serving the University of Rochester Medical Center and members of the public in the eleven county area surrounding Rochester, New York. We can suggest databases to search, help get the user started by demonstrating how to use databases and suggesting possible search terms, help the user to refine/revise the search, help print/save/email search results. (Similar services can be provided by scheduling a Housecall; the librarian will also do literature searches within two business days of the request.) Finding other information: We'll also be happy to provide an overview of the resources available at WHSL or Miner Library and help users find information in any of our print or electronic resources, as well as obtain passwords for remote access.
