Infusion Therapy

The Care You Need, Close to Home

To ease the burden of travel for patients in need of oncology or infusion therapy, UR Medicine|Wilmot Cancer Institute, Part of Jones Memorial Hospital has two locations. Oncologists Neeta Soni, MD, and Yasar Shad, MD provides consultation and treatment for patients at the Olean and in Wellsville locations. The experienced staff has been trained in Wilmot Cancer Institute best practices.. 

Designed for the comfortstation of patients and those accompanying them to treatment, the infusion stations in Wellsville and Olean feature spacious recliners with heat and massage, individually controlled ceiling-mounted heat panels, personalized lighting, and individual televisions. Both locations have a nourishment station with soup and beverages, wireless internet, and USB ports to connect and charge electronic devices such as computers and cell phones and comfortable seating for companion who accompany patients to treatment.

All medications are prepared by the Jones Memorial Hospital Pharmacy in a dedicated sterile environment. The JMH Pharmacy Staff has partnered with UR Medicine Pharmacy for best practices.
