Miner Library Remote Access
Not on campus? You can still access Miner's Resources
It's easy! Simply start on the Miner web page. Select the resource you want to use (just click it) and you will be prompted to log in using your NetID or URMC-SH (Active Directory) account information. That's all it takes to authenticate you and you'll have access to Miner's resources including full text access to electronic journals. You'll only be asked to authenticate at the start of each off-campus session. If you don't know your login information, please see below to determine if you have access.
Access to Resources
All current University affiliates are eligible for access to Miner Library resources. Access can be obtained with usernames and passwords from either University NetID or URMC-SH (Active Directory) systems. If you are unsure if you are a current University affiliate, you will need to contact your department. You can find contact information for all University departments through the online directory.
If you are unsure if you have a NetID or don't remember the password, please contact University IT for assistance or you can visit the NetID help page.
If you are unsure if you have an Active Directory account on the URMC-SH domain, or don't remember the password, please contact URMC Information Systems Division (ISD) at (585) 275-3200 or email. If your department is not supported by ISD, please contact your department administrator for assistance.
