Online Learning

Online Learning Content and Support is provided by the Instructional Design for Excellence in Academics (IDEA) team.

Helpful Resources

  • Log In to MyPath.
  • Request New Education in MyPath with the Employee Educators form.

Browser Support

After an upgrade to any web based application including Blackboard, it is a good practice to clear your favorite web browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history. This will ensure a clean experience with the new software.

Additional Resources

  • Simple video is a powerful online learning tool. It can be shot with an inexpensive camera and tripod, and edited using Camtasia Studio, an iPad-friendly software. Video may be integrated with any of the above rich media tools and technologies.
  • With the use of the Sharable Content Object Reference Model, learning content objects created outside of Blackboard can be imported into Blackboard and configured to send results to the Blackboard Grade Center. Articulate tools can be used to create SCORM content.
  • SCORM Demystified (YouTube Video)
