Office of Wellbeing
The Office of Wellbeing is dedicated to fostering a supportive and thriving environment for faculty, staff, and learners at URMC. We provide resources and initiatives that promote occupational fulfillment, ensuring individuals feel valued, engaged, and empowered in their work. Our efforts extend beyond individual support—we actively advocate for and implement institutional changes that enhance workplace culture, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Additionally, we champion wellness and wellbeing activities, offering programs and initiatives that nurture mental, emotional, and physical health, ultimately creating a more resilient and balanced community.
