Wellbeing Strategic Plan Workgroup
Who we are:
The Wellbeing Strategic Plan Work Group is a multi-disciplinary team focused on fostering professional wellbeing and sustainability across the URMC missions.
What we do:
- Meet monthly, and in smaller working groups, to report our progress and review current best practices in healthcare workplace wellbeing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in clinical informatics, learning and development, patient safety, the OEI, and training programs.
- Review and interpret institutional metrics (Well-Being Index, Engagement Survey) to guide wellbeing priorities and interventions.
- Guide our wellbeing representatives to effectively implement initiatives in their local practice environments.
