8.1 Annual Performance Evaluations

• Faculty self-evaluations, as well as supervisor evaluations of faculty are required each year.
• Evaluations are facilitated through MyPath, and completion is monitored by the Office of Academic Affairs.
• MyPath training videos and additional information is available on the Academic Affairs web page.

8.2 Conflict of Interest (COI) Reporting

Required upon appointment and annually thereafter.
