Why UR Medicine? From the start, I knew Highland Hospital would provide incredible opportunities to grow as a pharmacist. What drew me most was the family-like environment and the genuine support and compassion from preceptors, which is evident throughout the department. The PGY1 program offers diverse, tailored opportunities aligned with my career goals, and Highland's focus on resident development and well-being will give me the confidence I need to grow here in every way that matters.
