Saturday Work 1/21 and Raising the Grade Update

Crews will be onsite this Saturday, 1/21 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. continuing the roofing on the 7^th floor and installing fiber cement panels on the sides of the new tower.

During the week, crews will be continuing with various drywall installation, painting, and electrical work inside the building. Outside, the tower crane is still being used to move materials from the ground to various floors. Window and siding installation continues as well as roofing on the 7^th floor.

Saturday Work and Raising the Site Grade

Crews will be onsite this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. while they continue to install roofing and fiber cement panels on the sides of the building.

During the week, crews will be using the tower crane to move materials from the ground to various floors of the building. Window, siding, and roofing installation continues as well as site work to install a new manhole and storm piping.

Saturday Work 1/7

Crews will be onsite on Saturday 1/7  from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with roofing and siding installation.

During the week, crews will be working inside on finishing drywall framing, painting, and various mechanical installations. Outside, the tower crane will be in use moving materials from the ground to various floors in the building. Window and siding installation continues as well as roofing. Crews will also be working to install a new manhole and storm piping.

No Work Saturday 12/22

No work will be done this Saturday or the dates below, due to the holiday:

A small crew will be working inside the new tower on New Year’s Eve, Saturday 12/31. This work is anticipated to cause minimal noise.  

Saturday Work 12/17

Crews will be onsite this Saturday, 12/17 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. installing windows and siding on various sides of the building, weather permitting.

During the week, crews will be working inside the building to finish drywall, painting, and various mechanicals. Outside, the tower crane will be in use, moving materials from floor to floor. Scaffolding and boom lifts will be in use for window and siding installation. Roofing continues on the 7^th floor and various bump outs. Crews will also be working on installing a new manhole and storm piping.
