Patient Satisfaction is a top priority!

Your voice matters! Jones Memorial Hospital strives to secure feedback from our patients to help identify opportunities to improve patient care, service and safety. Inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients are randomly selected and asked to complete a survey about their visit. If you receive a survey, please feel free to share any feedback regarding you visit - and rest assured that all responses are reviewed carefully.
