The GROWS-BPS T32 is an NIH-funded postdoctoral research training program designed to prepare independent investigators focused on improving the wellbeing of older adults with serious illness and their families.
Building on the University of Rochester's legacy as the birthplace of the Biopsychosocial Model, trainees receive protected research time, individualized mentorship, coursework, career development, leadership training, and support in developing competitive research funding applications.
