Services

In collaboration with the FLCEAD, the UR Memory Care Program provides:

• Diagnosis, assessment, and management for persons with memory loss who are suspected of having dementia
• One-time assessment of patients referred by physicians seeking consultation regarding diagnosis or management of dementia
• Neuropsychiatric testing to assist with diagnostic accuracy of memory loss
• Social work/care coordination services to assist with implementation of the interdisciplinary team's care plan recommendations
• Medical family therapy services to help clinic patients and family members adjust to, cope with, and manage challenges of cognitive impairment
