Our C4K Facilitator Certification Course is designed to provide professionals in youth-serving sectors with the knowledge and tools needed to facilitate these dialogues across their own systems and communities.

Interested in requesting a cross-training to help your practice understand more about school supports and how to help patients access them? We can offer brief presentations that are approximately 10-15 minutes or more in-depth trainings that are approximately 30-45 minutes.
