Healthy Living Program/Vida en Salud

Funding for this program has recently ended. If interested in collaborating on the program within your organization, please contact Laura Sugarwala by email or phone at (585) 602-0808.

The Healthy Living Program, along with its Latino counterpart (Vida en Salud), is a community-based fitness and health education program aimed at supporting healthy lifestyles. The program emphasizes physical activity and healthy eating and is run in local churches and community organizations. In partnership with the Ibero American Action League, the program has been held at Project Hope and sponsored by the Greater Rochester Health Foundation.

The program can be offered throughout the year. It's an easy and convenient way to get more physically active and to learn to eat healthier, even on a budget!
