Juggling the demands of work, family, and other obligations, can make life stressful. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service that provides employees and household members of our customer organizations the opportunity to discuss personal or work-related problems with a professional counselor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We’ll offer you guidance and resources for coping more effectively with a variety of personal and work-related challenges. There is no cost to employees of our customer organizations and their household members to use our services.

Life-Work Connections/EAP Name Change Announcement
Life-Work Connections/EAP has a new name - UR Medicine EAP. The name change is not impacting program eligibility or services offered. The program will remain available to all University of Rochester employees and their immediate family members. You will continue to work with the same counseling staff and offered the same services.
