What Our Residents Say...

"I chose URMC Pathology because I knew the program could provide the right environment and flexibility to pursue my interests in laboratory medicine and research. During my interview day, faculty and residents were genuinely happy to share their experience at URMC and how the relationships formed have been excellent for their personal and professional growth. I was also drawn to the sense of community and the close-knit feel of the residency program. Since starting the program, I have found that the breadth and depth of training, research, and volume, balanced with a collegial ‘Midwestern’ feel, provides a perfect training environment for me to thrive. The program's emphasis on mentorship, collaborative research opportunities, and well-rounded pathology training aligns with my professional goals. I’m so happy to have matched URMC Pathology, and I know I have made lifelong friends and colleagues."
