Release of Information Policy

The Office for Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs will release information from student records to employers, prospective employers, government officials, or any other person or agency outside of the University only upon the written request of the student or by submitting the request through the online verification form. No requests can be taken over the phone or via email as the student's signature is required for release of the record. The Registrar’s Office does not provide copies of other institutions' transcripts. Transcripts from other colleges and universities cannot be duplicated. You must contact them directly for transcripts.
