Pineapple Smoothies

pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Put ingredients in a blender. Puree and pour.

Serves 2

Each serving contains about110 calories, 5 g protein, 1 g fat, 23 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, and 66 mg sodium.
