Batch cook. Once every week or two, batch cook extra-large portions of things like pasta sauce,
chili, or soup and freeze them in family-sized portions. Thaw them on the stove and
you have a fast, healthy meal.
Slash your screen time. One of the simplest time-savers is to cut back on television. Be selective. Choose
a show you want to watch—and turn it off when it is over.
Work with your body’s sleep cycle. Experiment with your bedtime until you know how much sleep you need. You’ll wake
up refreshed and you won’t need the snooze button.
