Looking for articles, books, book chapters or other items that the Miner Library doesn't own or is currently unavailable?
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service for UR affiliates to borrow books and obtain journal articles not owned by or currently unavailable from the Miner Library. Submit a request through ILLiad and Library staff will obtain materials from other libraries on your behalf.
It generally takes 1 - 2 business days to fill a journal article request and approximately 7 - 10 days to fill a book request. However, many requests are filled sooner.
We know you're busy, so let us scan articles and book chapters from Miner's print collection and deliver them to you!
Document Delivery is a service for UR affiliates to request copies of journal articles or book chapters from materials in the Miner Library collection. Requests are submitted through ILLiad. Materials are scanned and delivered electronically to your ILLiad account. The general turnaround time is 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
U.S. Copyright Law prohibits the copying of multiple chapters from a single book, multiple articles from a single journal issue, or an entire work. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in our judgment, fulfillment of the order would violate copyright law.
