Gross Photo: Incidental Hepatic Mass

Clinical History

A young woman was being followed with annual imaging for an incidentally identified mass in the left lobe of the liver. Due to the onset of abdominal pain and enlargement of the mass, a resection of the mass was performed. A gross image of the resected mass is depicted in figure 1.
