Multiple Cancers: Targeted Therapy Directed by Genetic Testing in Treating Patients With Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors, Lymphomas, or Multiple Myeloma (The MATCH Screening Trial)

Research Question:
Will matching certain drugs or drug combinations in adults whose tumors have specific gene abnormalities; effectively treat their cancer, regardless of their cancer type?

Basic Study Information

Purpose:
If you decide to participate in this study, your tumor cells will be tested to find out if they have a gene change or mutation targeted by one or more of the drugs used in this study. If you have a gene change or mutation that matches a substudy, you will be asked if you want to participate in a specific substudy.
