Guided Meditation, Body Scan, and Meditation Bells - Mindfulness Series Audio Files
This 3-part series includes a guided meditation, body scan, and meditation bells. The guided meditation allows the observation of thoughts, feelings, and sensations without intervening, as they come and go. The body scan meditation guides the listener in nonjudgmental moment-to-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, and sensations, focusing on the present experience of the body. The final audio file features a short introduction and a 10-minute meditation of bells and various lengths of silence as an aid to meditation practice.
