Noyes Auxiliary Donates Funds to E.A.R.S. Lifeline Program

Monday, October 15, 2012

The Noyes Hospital Auxiliary recently made a very generous donation of $12,000 to the E.A.R.S. Lifeline Program to purchase 40 new Lifeline units. This was in response to Lifeline’s need to replace retired/non-functioning units that are over 10 years old. These 40 NEW Lifeline units will serve hundreds of older adults and those with chronic medical problems in the years ahead. The Lifeline staff is very grateful for this donation that helps ensure there is never a waiting list for people in need and the program has up-to-date equipment with the newest technology available. The Philips Lifeline units used by the E.A.R.S. Lifeline Program are the only FDA approved medical alert equipment available today. For more information on the E.A.R.S. Lifeline Program, the Lifeline Staff can be reached at 335-4359 or lifeline@noyes-hospital.org
