Wilmot Cancer Institute scientists Drs. Karen Mustian, PhD, MPH, Supriya Mohile, MD, and Michelle Janelsins, PhD, MPH, received the National Cancer Institute award that supports team science to study a novel way to help adults who are 65 and older transition from chemotherapy to cancer survivorship.

As part of an academic medical center, Wilmot has a responsibility to develop the next generation of physicians and researchers and to help shape the ever-evolving landscape of science and medicine. With education and training as key components of its mission, Wilmot offers residencies in surgery and radiation oncology, fellowships in hematology/oncology and different types of surgery, as well as post-doctoral training in a wide variety of sciences.
