The series aims to increase understanding, reduce stigma, encourage meaningful conversations, and provide participants with knowledge and tools that support wellbeing, and promote healthier communities.

For Department of Psychiatry employees, the sessions can be used to fulfill one or more of your five annual requirements. CEU and CME credits are available.
