Lower Blood Pressure

High blood pressure can increase your risk of heart disease, kidney disease, and stroke. Fortunately, your blood pressure may be lowered through diet and exercise. Our physician and team of registered dietitians are here to help you decide which changes will fit your lifestyle and reduce your cardiovascular risk. 

What you can expect:

In our Blood Pressure Management program, you will:

  • Salad PreparationWork with a registered dietitian to develop strategies to lower your blood pressure, with respect to your preferences and lifestyle
  • Receive blood pressure checks at each visit to monitor progress 
  • Learn more about other options available to you, including medication
