Physicians

Our clinic cannot operate without the generosity of volunteer physicians from the community! If you are a physician in the fields of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds and are interested in volunteering, please email our physician recruitment team.

We invite you to volunteer with us as little or as often as you are able. Due to insurance regulations, our physicians need to be affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Center. Please contact the above email address if you have any further questions or would like to volunteer with us!

Health Professional Students

• Since 2004, UR Well has provided medical students from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry an additional opportunity to serve the Rochester community during their medical training while working closely with area physicians. 
• For many years, UR Well has provided pharmacy students from Wegmans School of Pharmacy the opportunity to serve the Rochester community and provide a much needed service at the clinics. 
• Since 2019, Master of Social Work students from Nazareth College have provided much needed social work support to the patients seen at UR Well. 
• Since 2022, dietetic interns from Cornell have provided important support to patients and their families seen at UR Well related to nutrition counseling for preventative health. 

There are a variety of opportunities available for students at all levels of training. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please contact our student schedulers for more information.
