Cochrane Library - includes Cochrane systematic reviews.

They allow you to import citations from databases such as CINAHL and PubMed; create personal databases of references; and format bibliographies and muscripts using different citation styles, such as APA.
RefWorks is web-based so you don't need to download anything; EndNote must be downloaded to your computer. Both are available at no cost.
