Physical Therapist

Job Details:

Job Description:

Evaluate, establish and administer Physical Therapy treatment programs to patients either at Noyes or LHS site or combination of both.

Job Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree at an accredited program Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure to practice in New York State required.

CT Tech

Job Details:

Full Time Days w/flexibility

Job Description:

Produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed, according to established practices and procedures.  Provide coverage in Radiology as needed.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.  New York State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and current ARRT certification in X-ray or ARRT CT certification required.

Minimum of one year Radiologic Technology with familiarity in CT terminology and procedures. On-the-job training.

Nuclear Med/PET Tech

Job Description:

Performs a variety of quality control duties, and clinical diagnostic nuclear medicine testing, including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.  Serve as a diagnostic aid to physicians, as directed, according to established standards and practices, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology completed. New York State Department of Health license in the practice of Nuclear Medicine eligible.  Nuclear Medicine CT registry certification and NMTCB/ARRT must be obtained within 6 months of hire.  Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Minimum of two years' experience as Radiologic Technologist required with completion of a formal education training program or comparable in Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.

Director of Imaging

Job Details:

Full Time, Days

Job Description:

Responsible for administrative oversight, operations, and personnel within Diagnostic Imaging Services and provides
clinical services as needed.

Job Requirements:

Licensed to practice in New York State as a Radiologic Technologist, or other Modality.  ARRT (if applicable)
required.

Minimum of five years technical experience with supervisory experience preferred.  Business/Management
degree/experience helpful.

Medical Technologist or Med Lab Technician 

Sr Medical Technologist - Evening Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Description:

Performs various Laboratory tests to obtain medical data for the diagnosis and treatment of patients; evaluate the status of instruments and assist in maintaining them in proper working order.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and limited permit or NYS Licensure required. One year of clinical Laboratory experience preferred. To be supervisory qualified you must have 6 years as a Medical Technologist according to NYS Regulations.

Sr. Mental Health Counselor 

Mental Health Counselor (2 Positions)

Job Details:

Job Description:

To evaluate and treat the mental health needs of clients in the mental health service, the inpatient hospital setting, and the community as well as provide Clinical Supervision as a Sr Therapist.

Job Requirements:

Masters degree in social work or related field required.  Licensed or licensed eligible (must be licensed within 90 days of employment) required. For the Sr Therapist, experience is required along with proven leadership abilities.

Mammography Tech

Job Details:

Part Time Days w/flexibility

Job Description:

Provide high quality mammography exams to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices. Operates dedicated mammography equipment. Supervises and directs subordinate staff members.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. New York State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and current Mammography Certification by the ARRT required.

Radiology Tech

Job Details:

Per Diem, Various Shifts

Job Description:

Operate the equipment necessary to obtain a diagnostic medical radiograph on the request of the medical staff.
Operate the computer system to perform the clerical tasks necessary for inputting the appropriate patient data.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.  New York State licensure as a Radiologic
Technologist and current ARRT certification or registry eligible required.  5-10 years experience preferred,
Willingness to cross train or trained in another modality is favorable.

Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

Per Diem, varied shifts

Job Description:

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.  Possesses the understanding and knowledge of ultrasound to assist in the interpretation of the exams ordered.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. New York State licensure with ARRT certification plus advanced training in Ultrasound required or Graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasonography with a Bachelors degree or certificate preferred.  RDMS registered. Ultrasound experience preferred.

Phlebotomist

Job Details:

Per Diem, various shifts

Job Description:

Collect the appropriate type of specimen from patients for the performance of requested Laboratory testing.  Conducts training and orientation of new phlebotomists.  Assists in the development and revision of policies and procedures.  Provides coverage fro off-site phlebotomy.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.  Phlebotomy program or experience preferred.  Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures required.  Medical Terminology preferred.  Demonstrated ability in independent decision making and proven leadership qualities preferred.
