Psychology Doctoral Internship

2023-2024 Clinical Psychology Doctoral Interns
(L: Adult Track  R: Child Track)

The internship year serves as the transition between doctoral study and professional life and we have developed an internship program that supports each intern’s growth during this pivotal time. Our internship program is comprised of two tracks; the Adult track includes four positions with different emphasis or specialty areas (Deaf Wellness, Lazos Fuertes, Heath Psychology, and General Psychology) and our Child and Adolescent track offers four positions.  Interns achieve track-specific expertise through a variety of clinical and didactic experiences, and also benefit from core learning activities shared across tracks and other disciplines. While the year is primarily focused on expanding interns’ theoretical understanding and clinical use of numerous evidence based treatment modalities, we also focus on topics related to ethical and inclusive practice, and career development and the job market. We are proud of this comprehensive training program, the supportive clinical supervision and sustained academic mentorship provided by our outstanding faculty, and our warm and welcoming city. Our internship start date August 1st. As you explore this site in greater detail, please feel free to contact us with any questions that arise.
