A Novel 3D Scleroderma Skin Model to Test Therapeutic TRPC6 Modulation

Patient fibroblasts represent a key tool to understand this process but they need to be kept in physiologic conditions in order to maintain their native phenotype. To this end, this work will develop a novel (3D) skin model which can facilitate the development of novel scleroderma treatments.
