Welcome to the Center for Musculoskeletal Research

The Center for Musculoskeletal Research (CMSR) is comprised of highly integrated faculty and trainees from a variety of departments, including Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, and Medicine (Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology, Endocrinology), Biomedical Genetics, Biochemistry and Biophysics, Environmental Medicine, UR CTSI, Pharmacology and Physiology, Microbiology and Immunology, and Pediatrics.
Principal investigators from these various departments share research space and facilities that support over 100 scientists with shared research interests while working in a programmatic manner to address the most challenging questions in the musculoskeletal sciences.
