We have a proven approach for those who have lost weight and want to keep it off or lose more. Our team is here to support your efforts and help you keep your healthy lifestyle for life.

Covering a variety of nutrition, physical activity, and behavior topics, this program will provide you with the continued support and encouragement necessary to maintain lifestyle changes.

Group programs are offered throughout the year at a variety of locations.
