Battling Zoom Fatigue
Feeling wiped out after a Zoom call even though you haven’t moved a muscle? You might be dealing with Zoom fatigue, that sneaky kind of burnout that comes from staring at a screen full of faces, trying to look alert, sound engaged, and not accidentally unmute yourself while yawning. Signs you’ve got the Zoom blues:
- You dread video calls
- Zoning out mid-meeting
- Switch to audio just to catch a break
- Feeling snappy or impatient during meetings
