Stress Free Zones
At some point in life, most people will face challenges to their emotional or mental health. Throughout the month, the YOURhealth program is teaming up to bring “Stress-Free Zones” to various University locations, with the goal of helping you relax, recharge, and refocus in the midst of a busy work day.
Feeling creative? Try your hand at color therapy. Pet lovers can enjoy the company of friendly therapy dogs. Other highlights include a stress ball creation station and information on emotional and mental health resources offered through YOURhealth. View the Well-U calendar for dates and locations.
