Gluten-Free Oat Bars

This gluten-free snack is packed with fiber and can be enjoyed in many ways!


  • 2-3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup applesauce (optional)
  • Walnuts
  • Gluten-free chocolate chips
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Ground cinnamon

To Prepare

  1. Mix in a bowl until all is incorporated and mixture is soft. 
  2. Spray pan with non-stick spray and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm or let cool and store in fridge for a week and eat cold.
