Gluten-Free Oat Bars
This gluten-free snack is packed with fiber and can be enjoyed in many ways!
- 2-3 cups gluten-free oats
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup applesauce (optional)
- Gluten-free chocolate chips
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- Ground cinnamon
- Mix in a bowl until all is incorporated and mixture is soft.
- Spray pan with non-stick spray and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Serve warm or let cool and store in fridge for a week and eat cold.
